I was working (read: dancing) in the studio from 12:30 till 4:30 today. But I got their early to warm up, and left late to cool down.
I loved it!
The first hour was learning two pieces of choreography. I was about to call them combinations, but they are south lite than that. They are a string of movements with so much possibility. Waiting to be manipulated and transformed.
The next two hours were spent playing with some of the choreography. Spacing it and sequencing it to work with twelve people, four groups of three.
The last hour was working with a duo shadowing one of the parts.
My body is sore and tired. But my soul is over joyed.
Can't wait for tomorrow!
